About Us:
My name is John Manss and I am here to offer you another great hunt, whitetail deer. We offer whitetail deer hunts on over 30,000 acres, bow or riffle, you decide. These hunts usually run about three to four days and we are happy to extend this period if necessary, as long as we don't have another client coming into camp. We hunt only one group or client at one time so you will never be in camp with anyone but the folks you bring. Our Whitetail hunts range from management hunts to meat hunts as well as Trophy Hunts. The trophy hunts are the only hunts that have a kill fee but you know what you're paying prior to arrival and we do not price our deer per inch. Included with all hunts you are allowed and encouraged to make the most out of your license purchase by taking a doe a hog a turkey and all the predators you can kill. Hunt Methods: Hunts are conducted from ground blinds with feeders if you like but we prefer to use whatever method is comfortable and productive for you. If you're able expect to get out and up close. Accommodations: Lodging is included in your price quote and meals are optional but most of our clients enjoy having our staff prepare their meals here on the ranch for them. Our lodge is one year old and just across the drive from our ranch house so you are always a few steps away from us in case you need anything. We also offer free pickup and drop-off at San Antonio International airport which is the airport you want to fly into if you choose to fly. Pricing: Corporate and meat hunts are one of our most affordable hunts and may include both buck and doe and there is no limit on hogs. We don't package price anything so we are more able to accommodate hunters on a client for client basis, so be sure to include exactly what you're interested in on the contact page to get you an accurate price when we contact you. We price our hunts this way to keep it personal not expensive! We are the best bang for your buck in the area without any added fees so let us price a hunt for you or your family or hunting group before you go somewhere else. Non hunting guests are welcome for 200.00 per day to cover our expenses and there is no limit.
Spring Turkey: $350 per day per hunter (3 day minimum). Price includes one long beard. Each additional turkey: $ 225.00 Feral Hog Hunt: $300 per day per hunter - Price includes two feral hogs per day, No Hunting with Dogs Coyote & Bobcat Hunt: $750 per hunter (3 day hunt - 2 Person Minimum, No Limit on Coyotes; Only 1 Bobcat per hunter, $500 per Bobcat) Non-Hunting Guest Fee for all Hunts: $200/day for the length of the hunt, All Combination Hunts ( In Seasons): Call 1-888-791-9803 for Price & Availability Guided Hunts: All guided hunts include food & lodging (on and off the ranch in some instances), 1 on 1 guide service (if necesssary), and laundry service. We have several fishing holes stocked and ready to go when your in camp with all of the rods reels and tackle here at the ranch. Trap and skeet shooting is also one of our favorite pastimes during the middle of the day and all the shotguns and shells are here at your disposal.
